- Lets students watch a cartoon and ask them to listen and read. - Provides students new words and phrases in the conversation. Students click to hear and note down. - Asks students to choose a character to practice the conversation. There are 2 characters: Minh or Lan for students to choose. The characters are set up automatically, students just pick one character and take turns to practice the dialogue. - After the conversation, students check their vocabulary by completing the pick- one exercise. Students are allowed to retry until they get the right answers. They can only move to the next slice when all the sentences are correct. Each word/ pharses is chosen once only. |

- Teacher gives instruction before letting students do the exercises. - Students are going to do 2 exercises: + Exercise 1: Read the conversation again and decide the statements are true or false. For each correct answer, students get one point at the first try. For the next sencond try, students just do till all the answers go right, without points, to move to the next slice. + Exercise 2: Students check the conversation and find out the structure of: perfect participles and past participle. Teacher reminds students to be careful while type “,” and “.” Copy the same as the conversation and must have “.” at the end of the sentence. Points are marked at the first try only. |

- Teacher asks students to drag and drop the words/ phrases into the right boxes, the causes, the effects and the sollutions. - For each correct answer at the first try, students get one point. If the drop is correct, it turns to green, of it is wrong, it turns red. - The total point of the the lesson is calculated by adding the points in exercise 1 and 2 in practice part and exercise 3 in further practice part. - If the total points is from 18 points up (60%), students pass, if the total points is below 18 points, they fail and are encouraged to try again. |
